La 27 aprilie 2000 a fost inaugurat un nou monument, intitulat Monumentul Infanteriei române, construit în bronz, în turnătoria proprie, de sculptorul [[Ioan Bolborea]]. O coloană robustă din bronz, traforată, cu înălţimea de 10,5 metri, diametrul de 3 metri şi greutatea de 50 tone se înalță străjuită de ostași. | |||
