	Pe la ~~1900 aici se afla un alt restaurant numit V HR~~. ~~Cosma~~.		In 1919 Dl. Gh. Lazarescu este directorul restaurantului iar Dl. Leautey, administratorul delegat al societatii restaurantului Modern. Restaurantul este amendat pentru ca preturile nu erau in concordanta cu ordonanta primariei de a servi mese cu pretul fix de 15 lei, ci numai "a la carte". Amenda a fost de 200 lei.<ref>Monitorul Oficial al României, nr. 028, 22 mai 1919</ref>

V., carciumar, cu domiciliul in Str Trinatatii Nr. 54 a avut la sfarsit de secol XIX mai multe restaurante deschise in Bucuresti. Cosma Hr. V., Str Academiei Nr. 14 si Str. Smardan Nr. 11.
